OFFICE NOTE

Dear Parents,

We have approached Term 2. As the cold weather has started for winter, students must be in full winter school uniform. Please make sure you call the office and order what is needed for your child/ren.

BOOK FEES

Families need to pay for their book fees by Friday 19th May 2017, and this is required upfront. Parents who haven’t paid for their book fees will receive a call during the week.

EARLY DROP OFF TO SCHOOL

Some children are being dropped off to school before supervision hours commences.

Supervision hours are between 8.45 am till 4pm after school supervision will cease at 3:50 pm.

Please note that children should NOT be dropped off before 8.30 am nor left at school after 4pm, unless they have pastoral care programs.

Some of these students are playing on-their-own and the potential for these children having an accident is very real. Please note that it is the parents’ responsibility to keep their children safe outside of these supervised hours and not the schools.

SEQTA ATTENDANCE

The safety of our students is a major concern for Sirius College, as we have a duty of care for your child. I am sure you are all aware of our messaging system we use in the school to verify the attendance of your child. In the morning from 10.30 am onwards, if your child is absent, you will receive a message. It is very important that you promptly respond back to this message by calling the office.
